Modern Picture Day is happy to provide your school with annual staff photos. We are also able to provide staff ID cards if requested. We understand that your staff is often busy during the beginning of the school year and picture day for your students may not be the ideal time for your staff to take their own photos. We would be happy to schedule a separate picture day for your staff. In service days are perfect for this so your staff can receive their photos ASAP to use for your current school year.

In fact, we want to partner with your school to deliver an excellent service for your students and their families and we believe in giving back to our schools. Modern Picture Day gives schools back a percentage of sales, so this is an opportunity to raise additional money for your school.

Yes! We know that school photos are treasured by families and parents can be very upset when their child misses their opportunity for school photos. We offer makeup days so students aren’t left out. We even recommend for larger schools, going ahead and scheduling your makeup day the same time that you book our services. That will allow you to let parents know when the makeup opportunity will be.

Yes! We offer picture day for your athletes. Chat with us about your school’s specific needs and we will work together to create a convenient time that works for you!

There is no minimum order required. Families can order prints, digital files , and products a la carte or they can order packages. Prints start for as little as $11.95, single digital files are $40 or parents can save buy purchasing multiple poses in a package.

No one likes waiting for proofs of their cute kids and we don’t blame them! Currently we are able to deliver proofs for your parents to order from within 3 weeks. Once they have their proofs, they can either instantly download digital files or order prints and products that will ship directly to them. Parent’s will be able to track all of their orders from their smart phone.
